Claret & Hugh has been informed by a top West Ham source that reports of an injury to El Hadji Malick Diouf are completely wide of the mark.
Fans became suspicious when the Senegalese left-back was omitted from the team and the bench for Monday night’s FA Cup victory over Brentford. Ollie Scarles started at left-back and was replaced by Ezra Mayers at half-time following a difficult 45 minutes.

However, Diouf was nowhere to be seen, which led to concern he may be injured.
