West Ham Fans to Give Sullivan and Brady the Red Card

Hammers United have announced the next stage of their attempts to force David Sullivan and Karren Brady to resign their executive positions.

At this point, I won’t insult your intelligence by explaining why HU, Crossed Hammers and even the club’s own Fans’ Advisory Board have all issued votes of no confidence. A quick glance at the league table, the state of the squad, and the club’s much-trumpeted ten-point plan for West Ham’s promised bright future probably explains the reasoning well enough.

Hammers United have already taken part in protests, marches, sit-ins, boycotts and the black balloon campaign. Now it’s your chance to show the board the red card… quite literally.

Show the Board the Red Card

During tomorrows Premier League match against Fulham, at the 15-minute mark, West Ham fans are being urged to turn towards the directors’ box and brandish a red card.

Now, I’m fully aware that most of you fine folk aren’t walking around with red and yellow cards in your pockets, so here’s a neat solution. Using your phone, take a close-up picture of something red. A red T-shirt, a tea towel, possibly your red silk sheets, or even a sneaky snap of Santa’s coat as he disappears back up the chimney.

Save the picture to your phone and, on 15 minutes, do your best Pierluigi Collina impression and send the board packing.

Hammers Chat my first game was West Ham 10-0 Bury . . . seriously!
We than went and bought Bury's central defender šŸ˜¬āš’ļø Irons

Started Hammers Chat alongside my partner in crime Geo back in 2014 and brough in to Claret & Hugh by my old mate Hughie to produce videos a couple of years later.

Give West Ham opinions on Sky Sports News and even did a bit of moonlighting on BBC Football Focus.

Sometimes feature on BBC Radio 5 Live and once ate a biscuit in Tony Gales shed.

Connoisseur of salted caramel doughnuts and I love a Sloppy Giuseppe pizza although I'm slightly suspicious where the name came from.

When I'm not moaning about West Ham I can be found walking a dog that looks like a sheep and tinkering with pinball machines.

More West Ham moaning is done on a daily basis here šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡

Getting rid of the Board will be one thing ; replacing it with something much better will be another ! Bearing in mind the pitifully disappointing performance of Sullivan , Brady etc.; exactly who are we going to get to replace them, & will they be any better ? What is the process, & how will it work ? Lose today & I think that we will be relegated – will that situation appeal to the sort of organisation that we want at the helm ?
The situation is genuinely frightening. Do we really need this sort of upheaval ? Can Sullivan be persuaded to sell up ? Basically, he has a controlling ownership, which is his option to sell – will he ?
Just asking; & not in any way supportive of Sullivan.

What a load of nonsense. We are customers. We are spectators. We are interested. We are not a crowd of anti-establishment activists.

It is not our business to spoil the days of others. Or is it?

Count me out. The vast majority could use some kind of recognition and a voice.

I wholeheartedly disagree with these organised protests. While I disagree with decisions made by the club I believe that protestors should be more forthcoming in suggesting alternatives which can realistically be funded.
Those of us who do not trash the owners and board rarely have their views expressed on C&H.
I have been a loyal supporter of the Hammers for 65 years.

I won’t be doing that wouldn’t insult my intelligence, as usual a minority dictating to a majority, not interested in petty politics , will attend with one interest in mind and that is what’s happening on the pitch and I shall support the team,
