West Ham have put a price on Pablo Fornals

West Ham have put a price on Pablo Fornals after triggering a year’s option on his current deal. The club want £8 million to £12 million for the Spaniard in next summer’s transfer window.

The club has extended his contract until July 30, 2025 but will look to sell in the next summer window having triggered the one year option on his contract.

Contract options vary between co-lateral and bi-lateral and on this occasion the club were in a position to trigger without any consent from the player.

Pablo joined the Hammers in 2019 for a fee of around £26 million and with Seville and other Spanish clubs interested the Hammers are more than hopeful they will get the fee they are looking for in the summer.

The player made 50 appearances for the club last season at Premier League, Europa Conference and domestic Cup level but has fallen down the David Moyes pecking order and has made only brief appearances from the bench during the current campaign.

He was brought to the club by Manuel Pellegrini and in total over the four years he has been with us has made a total of 105 appearances since arriving from Villareal.

Seville are known to be interested in the 27 year old No 8 who has always been a favourite with the fans via his likeable personality.
