West Ham may juggle the pack

West Ham insiders say they will find some money for the January transfer window but it won’t be that much adding they may need to juggle the pack. The confirmation comes after the board pushed out the boat over the summer transfer window pushing club finances as far as they would stretch.

That summer spending has left club coffers severely squeezed and the club borrowed against their overdraft facility to balance the financial books.

Speaking to a senior club insider via Email this morning Claret and Hugh were told:  “There is not much available, but we’ll find a bit and possibly juggle the pack.”

The January transfer window is a notoriously difficult market to trade in with inflated prices and often poor value. West Ham may be forced into offloading some fringe players to raise much-needed funds to plug gaps in the current squad. Loans with options to buy could also feature strongly.
