Darren Bent has offered his perspective on Kieran McKenna’s managerial future, suggesting the Ipswich Town boss is likely to remain with the club despite speculation linking him to West Ham United.

Bent highlights McKenna’s remarkable achievement at Ipswich, guiding them from League One to the cusp of Premier League promotion within two seasons. He emphasizes the potential disruption leaving now could cause to this ongoing project.

While acknowledging West Ham’s status as a sizeable club, Bent suggests McKenna might be more inclined to consider an opportunity with a true “big boy” in the future. He even mentions the ongoing situation at Manchester United as a potential future destination for McKenna, should Erik ten Hag’s position become unstable.

Once again the uncertainty surrounding David Moyes’ future at West Ham is beginning to get tiresome. With his contract expiring at season’s end, it seems like West Ham have reportedly explored options with nearly all the managers in Europe !
