West Ham will wear a heart-shaped NHS patch on the front of their shirts when football returns at the London Stadium on Saturday 20th June.
The Premier League agreed that all twenty clubs will wear the specially designed logos to honour the work the NHS has done in this health crisis.
The Premier League donated £20million to the NHS in April and players from all Premier League clubs created a collective player initiative called #PlayersTogether and partnered with NHS Charities Together (NHSCT) in order to assist them in generating and distributing funds quickly and efficiently to where they are needed most.
Every West Ham United first-team player has donated a signed shirt to the #PlayersTogether Shirts for Heroes campaign, raising funds for NHS Charities Together. The initiative was set up by Premier League captains to help NHS staff and key workers on the front line with Hammers skipper Mark Noble taking a leading role.
Supporters can buy raffle tickets online here for just £5 each, with all money raised going directly to NHS Charities Together. The raffle is open until 7 pm on Sunday 14 June 2020.
