West Ham priority target to make big difference

What a difference Barnes would make

There is a lot of speculation at the moment about who will be our first major signing of the summer and plenty of players whose names keep popping up on a regular basis.

But there is one in particular, who according to media reports, may be on his way to the London Stadium.Harvey Barnes, the flying Leicester winger.

It was painfully obvious last season that we were lacking pace and power in our front line and Barnes could definitely fit the bill. He is undoubtedly one of Leicester City’s crown jewels. With 187 appearances and 45 goals over the last four seasons, he’s a player any club would covet.

Also, it will act as a strong statement of intent of the Irons taking the necessary steps to challenge the top 6 in the Premier League on a regular basis.

At £30m , he is certainly not cheap but his proven attributes particularly in the final third would certainly make a massive difference

What a potentially great deal for the club.

Go get him Mr Steidten !

Very inconsistent. As my Leicester supporting friend recently said ‘good luck with him, he’s got a great highlights reel, but can’t be bothered a lot of the time’. Hopefully Moyes can get him to up his game a little, but he’s not really knocked the inconsistency out of Beni. That said, it we can get him for £30m, I think it’s a signing worth making. Let’s get more on that highlights reel!
