It is that time of year when West Ham usually announces the prices and details of London Stadium season ticket renewals.
Last March the club announced price increases for founders for the first time since the move to the London Stadium.
Some season tickets increased by as much as 91% as the Under 16’s flat rate of £99 is slowly phased out.
1966 adults tickets rose to £1,200 up from £1,100 (£100 / 9% increase)
Band 1 adults rose to £975 up from £899 (£76 / 8.4% increase)
Band 2 adults rose to £865 up from £799 (£66 / 8.2% increase)
Band 3 adults rose to £655 up from £599 (£56 / 9.3% increase)
Band 4 adults rose to £555 up from £499 (£56 / 11.2% increase)
The price increases last year caused controversy as the Official Supporters’ Board were not consulted in advance of the announcement.
This year the club are nervous about announcing renewal pricing and dates for next season when they don’t know which division they will be playing in.
They plan to adopt a wait and see approach hoping to be sure of Premier League survival before publishing renewal details.
