Claims that West Ham’s squad is worth €259m (£231m) according to research published in the 47th edition of the CIES Football Observatory have been disputed by some supporters over night saying the squad must be worth much more than that figure.
Website Transfer Market which is known to have low market valuations of players totals the value at £299m but many believe it is way beyond that figure too.

On your valuations, please show us your buyers for Masuaku , Balbuena and and Wilshere. If you can get 45 million for them, your a Genius.
All valuations are meaningless until the point of sale or end of contract. Currently £65m for Rice seems relatively accurate however loss of form and or and injury could see that halved.
How much did we value Arthur at the end of last season?
Valuation is arbitrary and only becomes relevant when a sale or purchase is made.
Seems about right, although £4mil for a 31 year old player who hasn’t played for 2 years…
Maguire is worth 40m and went for £85. Wan Bissaka is worth 25m and went for 50m. Value is what a club is willing to pay and what the selling club are happy to accept. In the current market, I’d be surprised if we would let Rice go for less than 75m and Lanzini for less than 40m, whether they are worth that is subjective.
Must be a misprint if Cresswell or Wilshere are valued at more than a bag of chips
