West Ham target to be snapped up by Watford

|

PerottiAccording to Sky Sports Italia, Genoa have an agreement  with new Premier League boys Watford over West Ham target Diego Perotti. Earlier reports in the media suggested  Genoa rejected a £5.8 million bid from the Hammers  for the 26 year old Argentine winger and wanted to hold out for more money.

“Genoa has accepted an offer from Watford for Perotti, the Pozzo club has proposed to double his salary as they want to give new manager Quique Sanchez Flores the first step to strengthen the squad after returning to the Premier League,” said Sky Sports Italia.

Previously the Argentine, who has two caps, has played for Sevilla in Spain and Boca Juniors in his native Argentina. Perotti signed for Genoa last summer but it is claimed that Bilic is a long term admirer of the Argentina national.

Perotti does not need a work permit as he holds an EU passport.

To be honest, if he chose Watford over the bright lights of London he’s got to have something wrong with him lol
