West Ham are thought to be interested in Spanish starlet Alfonso Pedraza according to HITC sport..
The highly-rated teenage winger has just broken through into Villarreal’s first-team. Know as Alfonso, the 19-year-old came through the youth ranks at EL Madrigal and was called up to Spain’s Under-19 squad earlier this year.
Newcastle, Everton, Aston Villa as well as the Hammers are claimed to be among the club’s keen on signing him. He has two years left on his current contract but a minimal buy-out clause.
His agent Gregg Houghton confirmed there was strong interest in Alfonso and told HITC Sport: “All I can say is that, yes, there are a number of clubs in England looking at him. I can’t name clubs but at this moment it would appear there is a strong chance he will be at a Premier League club next season.”
