West Ham will end up between 14th to 19th this evening

markoA West Ham win would promote the Hammers to 15th place this evening jumping over Palace, Southampton and Stoke. Mathematically we can leap drog Bournemouth too although we would need to beat the Baggies six nil this evening which seems improbable.

A draw tonight would keep us in 18th place in the relegation zone on the same points as Crystal palace but two-goal difference worst off.

An unthinkable loss would plunge us down to 19th place above hapless Swansea city.

West Brom is without a win in 18 games, their last win coming against Burnley in August last year.

West Ham are unbeaten in their last eight home Premier League games against West Brom, though six of those have ended in draws (W2) including each of the last four. West Brom haven’t kept a clean sheet in both league games against West Ham in a season since the 1976-77 top-flight campaign.

West Brom have won just one of their last 19 Premier League away games (D7 L11) and are winless in the last nine.

Just looked on line for the kick off time and the evening standard obliged with ,7-45 ! But as I scrolled down it said west ham 1 west brom 2 ? worth a historical punt ! What’s the odds for correct score ? Anyone ! evens could be a good return lol , 😉

  3. We will out of the struggle tonight . Well , not out of the struggle exactly but , more comfortable . Can’t see anything except 3 points . West Brom are ready for a stuffing and West Ham are ready to dish one out .

  4. every one has an opinion
and E20 seams to have been around longer than you 2

  5. i do hope i am wrong

  6. I think you missed the tongue in cheek comment by Stratford Matty ? My answer should have let that be a hint to you’re question relating to time historical 😂😂
I think this one went over you’re head mate 😉

  7. We have been letting teams with no wins for a while & no goals beat us Everton Newcastke & Bournemouth (which ffs do they cheat Wilson another handball) lucky to be where they are at & not have any players banned bc the FA is a joke.

But I would love a 6 nil win don’t see that happening WBA played well against Arsenal w some luck w Chambers hand balk nothing he could do.
But we have been scoring & we should be able to get 2 past them & hopefully our defense is organised keep clean sheet as well.
Be nice why to start the new year.

  8. No i dont think it was tongue in cheek we are and alway have been generous to the needy but it dose work both ways ask alex ferguson or the spuds
    still hope i am wrong

  9. That was my point Matty ?
Couldn’t agree more with Stratford ? So let’s just say a misinterpreted piece of banter which didn’t sink in at the time ! Cockney humour ! Hope its cleared up now !

  10. Enjoy the game laz
and win or lose on the boze

  11. As I recall, West Brom have a habit of nicking something out of games with West Ham….. and West Ham have a history of ‘gifting’ goals/scores/games to those you really shouldn’t…… including helping Fernando Torres break his duck….? .. hope Chris Brunt isn’t playing tonight!
