West Ham’s final Premier League position calculated

|

West Ham are more than likely to finish 11th in the Premier League this season using a calculator to predict the results over the remaining games for the 20 teams in the top flight.

It would mean that the Hammers would earn 49 points with a goal difference of -9 finishing behind Wolves 7th, Watford 8th, Everton 9th and Leicester City 10th.

Crystal Palace would finish in 12th on 44 points while Cardiff City would join Fulham and Huddersfield in being relegated.

The calculator suggests Manchester City will pip Liverpool to the Premier League title by one point with Spurs finishing third one point above Arsenal in fourth for the Champions League qualifying place.

Manchester United looks likely to earn the group stage Europa place in fifth with Chelsea finishing sixth and picking up another Europa League place.

As I have posted elsewhere (and despite not wanting to be known as a prophet of doom) – I dont see us getting 7 points in our remaining tough fixtures – maybe if we beat Southampton, draw with Leicester and beat Watford away (if their minds are on the FA cup final by that time)

Go on Hammers – surprise me

Looks about right to me, but we’ll do well if we only concede 5 goals in those fixtures! ..
