Hammer Angelo Ogbonna appears to have revealed one of West Ham’s new kit in an Instagram post on social media. The injured defender posted a photo of his teammate Sam Byram at a photo-shoot at the Chadwell Heath training ground today.
The dark coloured kit is thought to be the away kit for the Hammers next season. The blurry image has since been spread on social media after former West Ham DJ Leon Hyde posted it online on twitter.
However, some supporters have suggested that the premature publication of kit is actually a clever PR stunt by the club to get more publicity for the third kit than it would normally get.
West Ham has yet to reveal details of the West Ham home or away kit for next season.
Still think the Emblem needs changing . It doesn’t say enough for West Ham United nor does it show any History . Very plain and rather ambiguous . I realize it reflects our emblem of many years ago ( crossed Hammers ) but , we have moved on and I think a more emblazoned emblem would be more suitable given our Stadium move and ambition .
I have to disagree. Clean and simple is the order of the day – especially on shirts – and we should be looking forward not backwards.
