Why are you an Iron? Tell your story on CandH

a170westham_234873dClaretandHugh’s growing ‘family’ is throwing up more and more highly interesting characters!

Currently we have around 20,000 followers and growing! We are becoming one heck of a Hammers family!

Now we want to give you the chance to tell us how and why you became a fan of this fabulous club where there has always been so much intrigue, gossip, fun and laughter down the years .

Sometimes you need to be a bit of a nutter to be a Hammer but none of us can live without our daily fix and now we want your Hammers stories.

How you became a fan, why you remain one, memories of your first game, your best ever game, your favourite player and any memorable anecdotes from your personal Irons history.

We will be publishing the best of them in our ‘McAvennie The Legend’ section between now and next season.

    im am iron because i was born an iron,its in my blood my whole family is west ham supporters I’ve been proud to be part of the claret&Blue family from the age of 6 when i started getting into football,most my childhood friends were arsenal but we all got on well with each other.
