Wolves signing could pave way for right back loan

IorfaFulham defender Richard Stearman is reportedly returning to Wolves on a season-long loan move, according to Sky Sports. The 29-year-old centre-back who can also play in the right back position appears to be heading back to the club at which he spent seven years before a £2m switch to Craven Cottage last summer.

If Stearman completes the move it could mean Wolves are more open to the loan of Dominic Iorfa to West Ham with an option to buy. The England U21 international is 21 years old and came through the Southend youth academy at his hometown club, Southend United, before he joined Wolves at the age of 15.

RR ModerateHe has made 66 appearances for the Molineux side in the past two seasons for the Midlands club.

Back in June a family source close to Iorfa said: “It’s true that Iorfa is wanted by Southampton, Arsenal, West Ham and Crystal Palace but for obvious reasons he is more comfortable with a move to West Ham where he is most likely to get more playing time.”

  1. Please Please Please anyone but Richards,
We need to go forward not backwards Richards is a JOB
Injured a lot, plays well once in five games,
Burke was such a better option and Oxford still is,neither will learn nothing playing out of the top flight, they need to learn to cope with players like Hazard not the likes of Tore which is what they will come across in the championship,

    • They are more burger king in the championship bubs 🙂
Mr wimpey is more ? Er, Mr wimpey 🙂 let’s give him time mate , 15 mins ought to be enough 🙂

  2. Sorry bubs I disagree,at 19 or whatever Burke is it is a great learning experience for him to have a season in the Champ.Only my opinion.Rio,DefoeFrank Jr have all said that learning the job in the lower divisions made them far better players.

  3. When a team is striving for success like ours is ! You do not take chances on kids fukin it up , its pointless ! Prospective players learn the trade in the championship as its a tough league , boys become men so they say , lesser teams with less ambition and funds play the youngsters because they have no other option , we do ! We got dosh ? We want the gest we can get ,! It ain’t rocket science ! At the present time we are building for the future . With loads of young ones coming in , future is the key word here ! Even then a kid of today doesn’t mean a star for the future , its who can adapt to the pressure and step up from , kids football, ish .
Mica Richards is a time bomb waiting to explode , you think sakho is nuts , ?? 🙂
Oxford is a kid with a future , he is being looked after by Bilic and needs an arm around his shoulder, slowly slowly does it ? Rush rush can finish em ?
    Well that’s according to Daphne’s book of bull s#itee? 🙂 🙂

  4. Gest ? Gottle of geer ! 🙂

  5. Lol whos ass have you got your hand up Johnboy 😀

    • Bradys lol . ? She’s using it as a swivel chair !!
I get all technical after going to confession rads ! Especially one of Daphne’s ! 🙂 🙂

  6. So 2 years ago up dear Hippo he played the last 5 games and did good,
Last year he spent the whole season becoming player of the year for a second rate team and now he needs more ?
There are hundreds of great players that never go near the lower leagues,
What I am saying is the young lad at Wolves has no more experience then Burke and has never played in the big league
Richards is another Biggins in fact Biggins is better and so is Antonio at RB
The Gooner won’t becoming now the other one has gone out on loan,
I know who I would have preferred in our squad and he was until yesterday still in it,
But I take your opinion as a mother view and if we were bring in someone better I would agree with you,
Bit like sending AC out on loan and bringing back Magia

    • I think you nailed it there Mon capitain !! Second rate opposition ? Lol.
Bilic obviously don’t fancy him yet ! 🙂

  7. What about the lad bellerin from the mancs ?
We could pay the loan using the S/TICKET ploy ? 🙂
