Young Hammer wanted on loan

West Ham are musing over a loan request for impressive under-23 central defender Josh Pask.

The youngster is seen as one of the academy’s best prospects and we understand that Scottish Premier outfit Dundee are keen to take him on a season-long loan.

Josh Cullen too is also likely to get a move out with a number of offers coming from Championship clubs for the midfielder who has been involved with the first time squad during pre and the start of the season.

However, the Irons are still waiting and hoping for offers for Reece Oxford in whom – as we reported last night – interest had appeared to be fading.

However, we understand there is still an interest from Championship outfit Bolton and hopes remain active that either Hannover or Borussia Monchengladbach will resurrect their interest in the young central defender.

But there is no chance of £1.8 million centre forward Xande Silva being allowed out of the club at this stage.
