Zouma…it’s top news

CandH Exclusive by Hughie Southon

Kurt Zouma’s rapid recovery from injury  has given himself an outside chance of making the squad for the game against Eintracht Frankfurt on Thursday.

However, the bigger likelihood is that he will be ready for the second leg in Germany next weekend.

Kurt has been out of the team since receiving the injury against Brentford and there have been various reports about his recovery since.

David Moyes made it clear he was not prepared to put a timeline on any of the injured players possible returns whilst other reports claimed that Kurt  along with Isssa Diop and Angelo Ogbonna could all be out for the rest of the season.

However, we were informed this evening by a key Hammers source that the player has a small chance of making the squad for the game against Eintracht Frankfurt but that there’ s a very real possibility  he could be involved in the second leg.
