West Ham manager Sam Allardyce was left bitterly disappointed after the Hammers let a 1-0 lead over Everton  slip in injury time and now face a tricky FA Cup third round replay at the Boleyn.

He claimed we hadn’t defender properly and of the Everton equaliser said: “The lad (Oviedo) was incredibly lucky to get a cross in which was untouched by our defence and that was that. It’s all the more disappointing to concede so late in injury time.”

He then launched a blast at Enner Valencia for placing a header straight at the keeper Robles earlier in the game declaring: “You expect someone of his ability to do better than that.”

He added: “But we put in a really good team performance. I think they all played up to their maximum but the overwhelming feeling is one of disappointment.”
