Snodgrass speaks about his goal and big team mentality

Hammers Robert Snodgrass spoke to reporters post-match about the win (transcribed by Claret and Hugh) “Every game is important, the manager stresses it, we enjoy it until Monday until we need to start training again preparing for the opposition and he’s been great this season, we want to be a big team, we must have the mentality to be a big team and fair play to the lads they are loving it right now.”

Asked about his goal Snodgrass said “Hey listen, you have you take your chances when they come, It was a half-chance outside the box, but for myself, it went it, I’m delighted but its about 3 points and getting this great club above the top end of the table and fight with the big boys”

On West Ham being clinical against Fulham Snoddy said “That’s the sign of a good team, that is a sign of confidence when the chance comes you take it, it was a professional performance in the second half, I thought we did really well, held the line really well, defended well as a team, when you are two-nil up, Fulham are a good side, they have created chances, they have conceded goals this season and we exploited that”          

Pellegrini told reporters post-match about Snodgrass “He scored a beautiful goal, he gives me a lot of trust in him and what he can do.”
