Demel: Did okay particularly when pushing forward. He always looked to get things started down the right but sometimes looked pretty stretched when forced to defend…..6
Tomkins: Shares some responsibility for the first goal and was never at his most commanding. Could have done better with a couple of headers at the other end….5
Reid: Just an average performance again and might have got tighter on Hernandez for the first goal. Quite argumentative at times by his standards….5
Creswell: Had a torrid time at Elmohamady’s hands at times and a schoolboyish throw-in was a ghastly gift to Diame for the second Hull goal….5
Noble: Always involved but always worried that the lack of pace will find him out – no serious complaints on the night…..6
Kouyate: Can’t fault the boy’s energy levels and always trying to make things happen. Another good performance …7
Downing: At the heart of some of our better moves and provided the run and cross for Sakho to confusion for the second goal ..7
Zarate: He was at the top of the diamond but had no serious impact and disappointingly tired after an hour….6
Sakho: Totally whole-hearted and often involved in the build up play. Caused real confusion for the second equaliser going in where the muck and bullets fly ….8
