West Ham Vice Chairman, Lady Brady has confirmed that there are over 50,000 Hammers season tickets at the Olympic Stadium, nearly twice the 26,000 currently at the Boleyn Ground this season. She confirms the club will shortly sell out the 60,000 capacity stadium with tens of thousands more on a waiting list for the second season (David Sullivan recently confirmed on Talksport that the waiting list is in excess of 30,000 supporters).
Karren also talks about the new stadium wrap incorporating Europe’s largest digital screens explaining “we’ve applied for planning permission”
There is also a tour of the new club store with the John Lyall gates already in situ where she explains there will be 40 tills in operation on match days.
