No there wasn’t a serious injury at West Ham ‘s training ground yesterdat and it wasn’t there to take home Andy Caroll from his fitness training.

The Air Ambulance met West Ham Chairman David Gold and a West Ham fan it saved to celebrate 30 years of the Charity that funds it.

The Charity said “We would like to say a big thank you to Chelsea, Spurs and West Ham for coming together as one team yesterday to support 30 years of saving lives”

Adding The final stop on our helitour is West Ham where ex-patient and West Ham fan Matthew and his family will be meeting club Chairman David Gold to join in support for our service. Our team attended Matthew after he had a serious electric shock while at work. We were by his side within 9 minutes of receiving the 999 call, administering a general anaesthetic to manage his pain and ensure his safe transfer to a burns centre. Matt has made an outstanding recovery and is now a strong advocate for our charity, regularly speaking for and supporting our service. We’re therefore delighted to have at his team’s training ground to meet David Gold today. Thank you to him and West Ham for welcoming us.”
