Anderlecht keeper trial with Hammers

The Under 21s got their pre-season off to a good start with a 4-0 victory over Chelmsford on Friday evening.

Academy manager Terry Westley took charge of the team fresh from his  first qualifying round Europa League adventure.

Westley gave 17 year old  Under 21 Anderlecht youth goalkeeper Matija Sarkic  a trial with the Hammers youngsters as he looks to rebuild the Academy from the ground up.

Sarkic is also a Montenegro international having been capped in their under 19 side.
