David Moyes has revealed in his London Standard column that he expects Andy Carroll to be fit for the last four to five games of the season

This could mean Carroll targets the home game against Stoke at the London Stadium on 16th April, if not it could come at the Emirates Stadium against Arsenal the following Sunday.

Moyes wrote in his Standard column: “Only the injured players who are unable to train didn’t come with us to Florida. One player who was included was Andy Carroll, who is still a very important member of our squad, and I hope he will be available for the final four or five games, even if it is off the bench at times.

Before his injury, Andy scored two unbelievably good goals against West Brom in a really important victory for us and I wanted him in Miami to see how I work on a trip like that and also what I expect of him. Andy is ahead of schedule in terms of his recovery and I am positive that the trip helped him.”
