Arsenal have again been linked with a huge bid for Declan Rice.

The Hammers midfielder, as we all know, is very likely to leave the club in the summer, barring a shocking turn of events.

There is also reported to be interest from Chelsea, Manchester United, and Liverpool but it seems that the Gunners could also be in the race to secure his signature.

Mikel Arteta’s side are attempting to win the Premier League title and sit five points clear at the top of the table, ahead of Manchester City.

The Sun carries a report from Spanish outlet Fichajes, who make the claim that Arteta wants his board to sanction a bid for Declan in the summer.

He is likely to cost well in excess of £100m, which would make him Arsenal’s all-time most expensive player; it remains to be seen if they would be willing to sanction such a move when the transfer window opens at the end of the season.
