Bayern Leverkusen want £17.7m for Chicharito

Bayern Leverkusen are reported to want 20 million Euros which converts to around £17.7m for their top striker Javier Hernandez claims German newspaper BILD today.

The newspaper says West Ham and Chicharito have already agreed on personal terms on a deal believed to worth up to  £145,000 per week to the player but West Ham’s offer 16 million euros (£14.1m) is said to be too low and Leverkusen wants to have at least 20 million Euro transfer fee for the Mexican striker to be sold.

Yesterday, West Ham Chairman’s son Jack Sullivan disputed the widely reported £13m release fee on social media suggesting the fee may be much higher than previously thought.
