According to Ken Dyer in the London Evening Standard, Sam Allardyce has arranged a behind-closed-doors game in an effort to improve match fitness for the Hammers new signings and players returning from injury during the International break.

Enner Valencia, Winston Reid and Cheikhou Kouyate are all away on International duty but Carl Jenkinson and Matt Jarvis are expected to make a return before the Hull away game. It is claimed Alex Song and Morgan Amalfitano also lack match fitness so the behind closed game will be prefect to get them up to speed .

Sam Allardyce  is hoping to have a fully fit squad available for the next match  at Hull on September 15th with the exception of Andy Carroll and Kevin Nolan.
