West Ham Manager Slaven Bilic has broken silence on the reason he has cooled interest in Scott Hogan and why he hasn’t signed a right back this transfer window.

Speaking to reporters in the pre-match press conference  he said:

“I believe that we have really good strikers in our squad and that’s why we won’t have a Hogan deal. It’s not a question of him.”

“We were maybe after a right-back but we couldn’t find someone who could improve our starting XI. That’s why we haven’t got one.”

“Hopefully Reece Oxford will go on loan to Reading today. The manager there was really important for me in that decision.”

“Only Nordtveit will miss the game tomorrow, as he has a knock on his ankle. It’s nothing serious. Arthur Masuaku is close to coming back and Diafra Sakho were looking at mid-March. Scoring goals and creating chances are Snodgrass strengths. I expect him to be a great signing.”
