The last structure that was the Boleyn Ground stadium was finally demolished this afternoon leaving nothing but rubble and a wide open space. The demolition of West Ham’s former home started in September last year but it has taken eleven months to complete. Tony Mac from Ex Hammers posted the final image on his facebook page.

The Upton Gardens development will include a mix of 842 one, two, three and four bedroom properties and incorporates 211 affordable homes including 125 at affordable rent and 84 available for shared ownership.
