Bookies Sky Bet, William Hill and Bet Victor have refused to take bets on Badou N’Diaye joining West Ham this summer.  Claret and Hugh asked each of the bookmakers to give odds on the midfielder becoming a Hammer but each in turn politely declined.

Yesterday morning club sources admitted they were looking at the Senegal international midfielder who plays alongside Cheikhou Kouyate and Diafra Sakho. at international level.

ClaretandHugh’s senior source explained: We like him and we and we do need a midfielder.”

Brighton are thought to be interested in Robert Snodgrass for around £8m but there is claimed to be interest from Newcastle, Norwich and Leeds. Meanwhile, Galatasaray remains interested in Sofiane Feghouli for for an improved offer of £4.5m.
