Sam Byram is ready to be included in the team for the FA Cup replay against Shrewsbury at the London Stadium on Tuesday evening.

The right sided defender – who has only appeared three times this season – all in League Cup matches – has been sidelined since October but is now fully recovered.

He played an hour for the under 23s in the tough encounter against Leicester City’s under 23s last week and came through with no problems or reaction.

Under 23s boss Terry Westley told ClaretandHugh: “He is fit and available in the manager’s squad – he came through the game really well.”

David Moyes may also be able to call on Rerce Oxford which will give him his first look at the player since his return to West Ham from Germany.

We understand the 19 year old is now recovered after hurting his foot in a training ground accident and looks all set to take his place in the team.

Reece Burke and Josh Cullen will also be included in the squad giving the manager to make a decision on whether they stay at the club or return to Bolton on loan.
