Conor Coventry appears likely to be put out on loan or made available for sale this summer!

The midfielder – like Josh Cullen before him – has spent several spells with other clubs over the last couple of years and a decision on his future looks certain to be made over the next few weeks.

Many are hoping he would force his way into the first team squad but with a thin squad last term and many games to be played he spent the season at first Peterborough United and then MK Dons.

He has also spent time with Lincoln City previously.

Despite what most believed was a top pre-season from the 22 year old last year he was sent to the Posh when the chips were down and Moyes decided on his first team squad.

A source inside the club told CandH: “A decision needs to be made on his future as another loan spell can’t do the player a lot of good and with his contract expiring next summer the club will need to sell now to get any sort of fee.”
