Collison/Diarra deals look dead

We understand that possible loan deals for Jack Collison and Alou Diarra have broken down.

Promotion chasing Nottingham Forest were keen to grab the pair but talks have now come to an end and the duo will be remaining at the Boleyn unless there is renewed interest from the City Ground or elsewhere.

Diarra is understood not to have been keen to drop down a division whilst we believe the financial terms weren’t suitable between the clubs on the Wales international.
