Officially West Ham says their 27-year-old Algerian winger is injured. He has an unspecified muscle complaint and multiple reports confirm he has now left the Hammers German training camp. One report claims he is now seeking a scan and treatment in France while another insists he has returned to the UK for assessment and treatment.

If the claims are true the injury could put a stop to his proposed departure this summer depending on the severity of the injury.

Turkish media still insist Galatasaray have agreed on terms to sign Feghouli from West Ham for 4.5 million Euros and he will complete his move soon.

One report claims  Feghouli will arrive in Istanbul on Monday at the latest and join Galatasaray’s pre-season camp in Austria after medical tests and a signing ceremony, the NTV Spor website said.

The Fanatik sports daily carried the same report, saying that Feghouli had agreed on a three-year deal and had already left West Ham’s pre-season camp. He is said to have agreed on a wage package worth 3.5 millions Euros per year.
