David Gold’s Injury update

West Ham Joint Chairman, David Gold says with the exception of Diafra Sakho that everyone should be fit for the Hammers home clash against Liverpool this Saturday. He says there is a chance that Payet, Reid and Moses could all play a part in match but it warned Slaven Bilic does not rush players back.

Gold told his 129,000 followers on twitter this afternoon.

“There’s an outside chance that Dimitri Payet, Winston Reid and Victor Moses could all play a part in the game against Liverpool. dg”

“I’m hoping that with the exception of Diafra Sakho every one will be fit for Saturday. dg” 

“Slaven will not rush players back, it’s not his way. dg”

West Ham beat Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield earlier this season, the first time since 1963 that feat has been achieved. On that August day Noble, Lanzini and Sakho scored the goals. We will hoping to create new history by completing the league double on them this Saturday, a feat we last achieved on the 18th January 1964 when we beat them 1-0 thanks to a Johnny Byrne goal in front of 25,546 fans at the Bolyen Ground.
