Diangana recall could be on

Slaven Bilic may not want to hear it but there’s a growing possibility of Grady Diangana being recalled from West Bromwich in January!

With a clause in his contract allowing him to come back between January 1 and 14 the possibility is becoming a live option given our present difficulties in the middle of the park.

That he is right sided makes the option even more attractive and a source inside the club told us by e mail this morning: “The option is there for the manager. It’s his call and may be a possibility as things stand.”

The lack of any real inventiveness in the midfield from the likes of Lanzini, Fornals or Wilshere is an issue that is becoming increasingly worrying and one that obviously makes Diang’s recall increasingly likely if not solved.

Josh Cullen too, has the same recall clauseat Charlton and that too  has not been ruled out either .

We were told: “The lack of an option in Robert Snodgrass’ loan deal at Aston Villa was in people’s minds when Diang and Cullen were allowed out. 

“The recall opportunity is open and is now in the manager’s hands.”
