Disappointing renewal rates at Club London

Claret and Hugh understands that renewals of Club London Corporate hospitality season tickets have been poor for next season and beyond. While general season tickets are scheduled to hit another ninety percent renewal rate by the end of May, the renewal rate of the Club London members has been way under the club’s target with club insiders saying they are disappointed at the take up rate.

This is the first year that Club London members have had the option to renew or leave as the founder London Stadium packages required a commitment of three years paid monthly by direct debit.

West Ham asked for another three year commitment from Club London members as well as a double percentage figure price rise which has left many to vote with their feet when the 17th April deadline past two weeks ago.

There are over 3,600 corporate hospitality members at the Club London and it is not known whether there is a waiting list or enough demand to fill the places left by those turning their back on Club London.
