Double fitness boost for the Irons

Robert Snodgrass looks set for inclusion in the squad for Arsenal despite hobbling off in the second half against Wolves.

The midfielder left the action looking to be in great pain and supported by  medical staff but we understand that although he took a knock no serious damage was done.

He was one of the better performers on the night despite owning up to a disappointing miss in a one on one with the Wolves keeper.

But his high energy and aggressive approach will be required against an Arsenal team beaten at home by Brighton last night and now sitting in tenth place with just three more points than us and without a win in their last seven Premier League games.

Meanwhile hopes are high that talisman Michail Antonio will be fit to return as the team look to put Wednesday night behind them and make it six points from three games.

A source told us by e mail : “We are all hopeful and we really do need him against the Arsenal. Snoddy looks okay for the game”
