West Ham Vice Chairman Karren Brady is a big admirer of Burnley manager Sean Dyche.

In 2018 the West Ham vice-chairman Karren Brady recommended the club speak to Burnley manager Sean Dyche about succeeding David Moyes at the London Stadium, according to a report by The Times. at the time.

The newspaper claimed that the Baroness put forward Dyche as an alternative to Manuel Pellegrini and Rafa Benitez.

The Times reported that Brady’s husband, former footballer Paul Peschisolido, works for Dyche’s management agency.

In 2017 Brady wrote in her Sun column “Quick fixes can be popular with fans but if I had Sean Dyche at Burnley or Eddie Howe at Bournemouth, with four years’ service, I’d hang on to them.”
