In the last few minutes the West Ham v FC Lusitans has sold out for the first leg of the Europa League qualifying round on Thursday night at the Boleyn Ground.

Over 35,000 West Ham fans have shelled out £10 or £5 to watch Slaven Bilic’s first match in charge of the Hammers and our first return to Europe in nine years.

An insider told Claret and Hugh “That’s correct the stadium is sold out, we will have an attendance of over 35,000.  We haven’t had to include a large segregation as its not needed especially with less than 50 away fans looking to actually attend”

Kick off is at 7.45pm and as yet no details have been given as to whether the game will be televised. BT Sports holds the exclusive rights in the UK for the UEFA Europa League but it’s TV schedule is void of the Europa League match on Thursday evening so far.
