Ex WHUemployee has taken a big swipe at David Moyes’ man management techniques following the manager’s comments aimed at Jarrod Bowen.

Despite enjoying one of his best games of his season against Wolves, during which he scored his first goal of the season, Moyes decided to none the less throw a disparaging remark in his direction.

Jarrod picked up a nasty injury during the victor when dislocating his finger which led the Moyes comment which certainly didn’t go down well with Ex.

And to be fair not with us either and it’s good to hear Ex telling it as it is given also that the manager had been keen to reassure him that he will find himself at the World Cup if he starts finding the net.

Having done that the last thing Jarrod needed to hear was how poor his form had been until the Wolves game but the manager chose to go foen that road.

Ex – speaking on The West Ham Way podcast  – said: “Bowen, it’s just the case of his finger. I don’t know if you saw the quote that Moyes said about that. But he said something along the lines of, he’s been playing some of the season with his foot looking that way. He said it as a joke.

“I don’t think it went down too well with Bowen. I mean, I don’t know for certain, that’s just my opinion. But I wouldn’t have thought Bowen took it [well].

“I mean, he’s not gonna be like completely p****d off, but it’s not the greatest thing to have read. And I know it was said as banter, but yeah, I wasn’t overly keen on that quote.”
