At half time at Turf Moor it is Burnley 1 West Ham 1. Burnley went one nil up on 23 minutes after a poor touch by Lanzini which allowed Andre Gray to cross through James Collins legs which Sam Vokes finished to put the Irons 1-0 down.

That lead leap frogged them in 12th spot in the LIVE Premier League Table and relegated us down to 14th position below Stoke on better goal difference.

Just four minutes later Sofiane Feghouli pulled the Hammers level with a goal that could be worth £4m if the results stay as they are. With each Premier League place worth £2m, the Hammers jumped back up from 14th place to 12th place with that goal.

Stoke remain in 13th place are they are drawing 0-0 with Southampton at Halftime while Crystal Palace is 2-0 down to Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Stoke, Palace and Burnley can all jump above West Ham if they win and the Hammers lose.

The best West Ham can hope for is 11th place if they can win and Leicester City lose or draw.
