It looks an unlikely comparison on the face of it but David Moyes is hoping Felipe Anderson can become the new Marko Arnauotovic – the player who makes a difference.

Whether the Brazilian features at Anfield remains to be seen but it appears that the manager’s thinking is very much focused on the player.
Commenting ahead of the game Moyes – who was responsible for making Arnauotivic a central attacker is keen to ulock new features in Anderson’s game.
Speaking to reporters he said: “I think if Felipe can be our Marko it would be great. I think we  all agree it’s a type of player like that we want at the moment.
“I am trying to get Felipe into that mindset, to be more ruthless, to make final pass when you can get opportunity to do so and to eliminate then last defender when he can because he has that in his locker.
“I want him to do those things. That’s what we got at times from Marko. He would make those runs and he would get the finish. That’s what we are looking for from Felipe.
“But he’s been out for five weeks and with the games coming up it’s really important we get him in right condition and right frame of mind.”
