Halilovic deal not imminent

West Ham’s in-house ITK  has set the record straight on a few rumours doing the rounds in the media while confirming Claret and Hugh’s story of yesterday morning that Alex Song is likely to join at the end of the transfer window.

The Boleyn Insider told his club website disciples: “There have been a lot of stories over the weekend linking the club with moves for Alen Halilovic, Mario Lemina and Federico Mancuello, but I believe there is nothing imminent on any of those deals.”

“However, I have been told that the Club are still considering a move to sign Barcelona midfielder Alex Song and are hopeful that a deal can be finalised before the transfer window closes at the end of August.”
