Hammer Darren Randolph has been highly critical of VAR.

Speaking on his personal Instagram page after last night’s game Randolph told a West Ham supporter “Mate (I) give up on VAR, we couldn’t even buy a decision with that thing since I’ve been back here”

The backup keeper followed up that statement by saying “Put it this way, we now have the ref, two linesmen, 4th official, hawkeye and VAR, we still can’t get a decision but let me stop before I get in trouble”

Three decisions have gone against West Ham in the last four games in the restart.

In Spurs away there was a blatant handball in the buildup to the first goal, In the Chelsea game Antonio was judged offside for the Soucek goal when he wasn’t blocking the keeper’s view and in last night’s game against BurnleyTarkowski studs-up challenge was not even checked by VAR.

That is on top of the Hawkeye failure in the game between Sheffield United and Aston Villa which gifted our relegation rivals a vital point.
