Adrian has been again linked to his former club Real Betis.

Mundo Deporrtivo claims the Spanish club are considering sigining their former player on a free transfer after his contract with West Ham expires at the end of June

Adrian joined West Ham in 2013 on a free transfer from Real Metis and made 150 appearances for the Hammers.

Born in Seville in Spain, Adrián played as a striker and a winger for a club called CD Altair until age ten, when the previous goalkeeper left and he changed position to that of goalkeeper. He later signed for Real Betis at the age of 12.

After many years in the youth ranks, he was promoted to the first team for 2011–12 as a third-choice keeper but still continuing to appear for the reserves.

He got his first team break in 2012 against Malaga and went to start in the next 31 matches after his debut. Adrian has often been linked to a return to Spain and remains a fan of the club often flying back to watch them play in his spare time.
