West Ham have cracked down on bondholders, away season ticket holders and season ticket with high priority points who buy away tickets and sell them on to others.

For the first away Europa League game in Croatia supporters will receive a voucher instead of a ticket and will only get their tickets at the stadium in Zagreb on production of photo ID.

Tickets went on sale this morning with a small allocation of 1,243 tickets for the match in the Croatian capital of Zagreb.

Within twenty fours of buying a voucher supporters will need to fill out an online form giving their name, client reference, address, passport number, details of their travel including flight number or ferry or train booking number. Departure date and time.  They must also provide date and time of arrival as well as accommodation details.

The same details need to be provided for the return trip.  Failure to fill out the form will mean you won’t receive a ticket.

The club believe this is the fairest way to allocate tickets without supporters jumping the queue by buying a ticket from another supporter who has priority over others.
