Hammers eyeing a vault up the table

West Ham can lift themselves to fourteenth position if they can overcome Aston Villa at the London Stadium tomorrow afternoon.

With Everton beating Brentford at Goodison Park this afternoon and Bournemouth snatching a 1-0 win over Liverpool, the Hammers have now slipped into the bottom three in 18th place.

Leicester City however, were beaten by Chelsea 2-1 whilst Nottingham Forest lost at Spurs 3-0 which, despite the slide, gives the Irons a big chance of escaping the relegation spots.

It would seem given the team Moyes played in Cyprus on Thursday we may well see a familiar line up tomorrow.

Areola is likely to remain in front of a back four made up of Johnson, Aguerd, Zouma and Emerson with Declan and Tomas Soucek in from of them.

Jarrod Bowen looks certain to return and Benrahma with possibly Paqueta – who is reported to be carrying a small injury – and Ings playing in the one up striker role.
