West Ham would need to pay 40 million Euros (£35.6m) fee without add-ons if they want to land Sevilla striker Youssef En Nesyri.

Spanish paper Marca says negotiations continue and West Ham could return to Sevilla with a second bid but it would have to be at least 40 million euros excluding additional add-ons, which would need to be part of any deal.

Marca sources say if the deal isn’t done this month, it could be done in the summer when the Spanish club will look to cash in on key players whatever happens.

En-Nesyri joined Sevilla for 20 million euros ( £17.8m) just 12 months ago from Leganes.

David Moyes confirmed to reporters yesterday that a bid had been made for the Moroccan striker but refused to be drawn whether he would go back with another bid.  The initial bid was thought to be £27m made up of a £22.5m transfer fee and £4.5m of potential add-ons.
